1. Sales Executives
Obtain new business customers by developing and cultivating strong customer relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads generated from the web site, telephone or direct mail activity in order to solve the customer's problems and sell product.
Act as a customer advocate throughout the entire sales process and solution delivery process.
Forecast and track sales revenues and activities in a timely manner using the CRM system and other tools.
Stay up-to-date with market developments, RedEgg solutions and competitive offerings.
2. Research Analysts
Track media contacts, editorial calendars and stay abreast of each journalist and editor’s move to keep the MyMediaInfo database up to date.
Key Responsibilities and requirements:
Excellent research skills and aptitude to dig deeper.
Familiar and comfortable using various research databases and software tools.
Thorough knowledge and familiarity with internet search.
Work experience in pubic relations, market research, financial services is a plus.
Minimum of a bachelors degree holder.
3. Marketing Manager or Director
Description
Reporting to the President, the Director of Marketing will lead all marketing activities related to the MyMediaInfo brand. The successful candidate will demonstrate an appreciation for innovative marketing techniques and possess powerful strategic insights and a track record of innovation, as well as boundless energy and initiative. He/she must have the proven ability to provide strategic brand and life cycle management, vision and direction within a fast moving, challenging and energetic environment. The ideal candidate will thrive on challenges. He/she will be highly collaborative, perceptive and an analytical problem solver and exhibit strategic and innovative agility.
Responsibilities included for the Director of Marketing:
Implement integrated marketing programs that build brand and drive traffic including SEM, affiliate marketing, promotions, campaigns, email, etc. and coordinate these activities.
Implement ongoing improvements to search engine optimization and stay informed of state of the art SEO techniques.
Oversee the development/implementation of annual marketing plans/programs and related projects including data review, situation analysis, competitive landscaping, defining challenges and opportunities, objectives, strategies and resources needed to achieve goals.
Manage the marketing budget to support marketing activities as well as meet company expectations.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with thought leaders, key customer and professional organizations.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketing strategies.
Passionate about online businesses and web marketing.
Ability to work independently with sound decision making capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Years of relevant experience: 5-7 years.Preferably in a B2B environment

4. Human Resources Manager
Description
Reporting to the President, the Human Resources Manger will prioritize and coordinate a wide variety of tasks and activities of the Human Resource department which may include personnel, workers compensation, medical records, job evaluations and benefits administration.
Responsibilities included for the Human Resources Manager or Consultant:
Maintain HRIS, produce reports, update changes, verifications of employment
Assist with the administration of health and retirement benefits and COBRA compliance
Create department reports, graphs, and presentation materials, maintain HR logs.
Maintain confidential records (interface with Payroll)
Be knowledgeable of the Company benefit programs and be able to answer common employee questions
Organizes and integrate files
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, department filing.
Maintain Service Award Program
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Candidates must have advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Detail oriented/organized individual with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Must be able to work in a team environment
Able to work flexible hours as needed
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Proficient in MS Office, specificaly Excel.
Required Experience
2-5 years previous experience in Human Resources preferred, with a working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, workers’ compensation.
